Silent Communication announced that its visual voicemail
mobile client is powering visual voicemail services for more than 250 different
mobile device brands worldwide.
Available to subscribers of leading mobile network
operators including Orange, MetroPCS and others to be announced soon, Silent
Communication’s Silent VVM is the only visual voicemail mobile client that can
be deployed to any mobile device, any mobile operating system and any network
server.
Leveraging Silent Communication’s server-less Device and
Network Agnostic (DANA) deployment technology, mobile operators are empowered
to provide high-value, custom-branded visual voicemail services to subscribers
regardless of mobile device or platform.
While many competing visual voicemail
services are limited to a subset of operating systems and features, and/or
bypass operators to exploit third-party branding and revenue channels, Silent
VVM positions operators in the center of the visual voicemail value chain with
an innovative, full featured voice messaging service that maximizes operator
brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Mobile operators are increasingly looking to Silent
Communication’s mobile clients to overcome mobile fragmentation and speed time
to market with revenue-driving services that expand the operators’ presence in
the mobile services marketplace,” said Max Bluvband, CEO, Silent Communication.
The amazing market penetration that we’ve achieved with
our Visual Voicemail client (Silent VVM) speaks to Silent Communication’s
unique ability to counter mobile device and operating system proliferation with ‘any device, any OS’ deployment efficiency. No other visual voicemail provider
offers this capability,” Max added.
The Silent VVM mobile client allows subscribers to manage
voicemail with the same ease in which they manage SMS, MMS or email. Users can
browse voice messages visually, listen to messages with one click, and respond
to voice messages via call back, SMS, MMS or email.
Users can also view text transcriptions of their voice
messages, allowing customers to manage voicemail from end-to-end in
environments where audio message playback is impractical.
Silent VVM can be seamlessly deployed to any mobile
device spanning Android, BlackBerry, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Java, Brew and
iOS operating systems, and is pre-integrated with all voicemail vendors
including Comverse, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson, Acision, Unisys, Streamwide and
others.
