Nestle selects StayinFront mobile consumer goods CRM

StayinFront, a provider of customer relationship
management systems and mobile sales force effectiveness tools announced that
Nestle Purina PetCare has selected the StayinFront TouchCG platform for
deployment on Android-based and Windows devices across its national field sales
team.

StayinFront TouchCG will provide the Nestle Purina
PetCare field representatives with easy remote access to StayinFront’s leading
on-demand CRM for consumer goods organisations, StayinFront EdgeCG.

Nestle Purina PetCare sought a sophisticated retail
execution solution, with inbuilt Analytics and Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs), to support its growing sales team, already numbering in the
hundreds. Nestle Purina PetCare’s managers also needed visibility to
accurately identify trends in speed to shelf, distribution gaps and promotional
compliance.

The StayinFront
solution will provide Nestle Purina PetCare with significant gains over the
manual paper-based systems that are being replaced. Managers will immediately
gain timely insight into what’s happening at the store.

SaaS based and quick to deploy, StayinFront EdgeCG will
also enable Nestle Purina PetCare to easily roll out additional modules to the
field to maximise user adoption.

Nestle Purina PetCare’s selection of the StayinFront
solution further solidifies our leadership position in the Consumer Goods CRM
space. This is an ideal example of our ability to rapidly leverage
technological innovation and deploy solutions for the measurable commercial
advantage of our customers,” said Kerrie-Anne Turner, APAC vice president and
managing director, StayinFront Australia.
