Qualcomm has announced results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended September 28, 2025, reflecting its leadership in connected computing and AI-powered technologies. The US-based chip maker reported revenue of $11.27 billion for the fiscal fourth quarter, marking a 10 percent increase, and $44.284 billion for the full fiscal year, up 14 percent from last year.

QCT (Qualcomm CDMA Technologies) revenue: $9.821 billion, up 13 percent
QTL (Qualcomm Technology Licensing) revenue: $1.409 billion, down 7 percent
Handset revenue: $6.961 billion, up 14 percent
Automotive revenue: $1.053 billion, up 17 percent
IoT revenue: $1.807 billion, up 7 percent
Growth in IoT was fueled by industrial and networking products, alongside rising demand for AI smart glasses powered by the Snapdragon XR platform.
Full-Year 2025 Financial Overview
For fiscal-year 2025, Qualcomm’s QCT revenue reached $38.367 billion (up 16 percent), while QTL revenue totaled $5.582 billion. By segment, revenue performance was as follows:
Handsets: $27.793 billion, up 12 percent
Automotive: $3.957 billion, up 36 percent
IoT: $5.423 billion, up 22 percent
Qualcomm President and CEO Cristiano Amon said: “Our business remains strong as demonstrated by record QCT revenues in fiscal 2025. We achieved 18 percent year-over-year growth in total QCT non-Apple revenues, with combined fiscal year Automotive and IoT revenue growth of 27 percent.”
