This agreement builds on the 14-year strategic partnership between the two companies, which began in 2010. Nokia will provide its energy-efficient AirScale portfolio, including baseband, Massive MIMO radios, Remote Radio Head products, and Core solutions. Additionally, Nokia’s cloud-native 4G/5G Core and IMS Voice Core will enable Iliad to scale and deploy network services efficiently across multi-cloud environments.

Thomas Reynaud, CEO of Iliad Group, said: “Our 14-year partnership with Nokia has been fundamental to building our mobile networks.”

Pekka Lundmark, President and CEO of Nokia, said: “This multi-year contract extension is a great step in Nokia’s long-term strategic partnership with Iliad Group.”

As one of Europe’s leading telecom operators, Iliad Group is poised to further enhance its network capabilities, offering seamless and innovative connectivity solutions to its customers. This deal underscores Nokia’s commitment to empowering global operators with cutting-edge, sustainable technologies.
