Telecom Lead India: ZengaTV has appointed Abhishek Joshi
as the new CEO.
Before joining ZengaTV, Abhishek worked with Sony Entertainment
Television at Sony Entertainment Network.
Abhishek has more than 11 years of experience in managing
both people and processes.
Abhishek will be responsible to identify and develop new
revenue channels for the ZengaTV platforms and reach out to a diverse set of
advertisers along with the responsibility of leading the company on a high
growth trajectory.
ZengaTV has achieved 65 million video views month on
month across different channels.
ZengaTV has more than 100 TV channels and more than 10,000
Movies available on the platform.
Shabir Momin will be the managing director and
chief technology officer of ZengaTV.
Shabir Momin said Abhishek’s experience makes him an
ideal candidate for leading the venture at a time of such rapid technology
change.
Vikramjiet Roy, director, ZengaTV said Abhishek has
a unique combination of strategic focus and operational skills.
