Lyca Mobile to deploy Flytxt’s Customer Value Management (CVM) Accelerator

Lyca Mobile, a leading mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) with more than 16 million customers, will deploy Flytxt’s AI-powered Customer Value Management (CVM) Accelerator across its seven largest markets.

Lyca Mobile announced the deployment of Salesforce solutions earlier this year to unify customer data and interactions on multiple channels.

Flytxt’s CVM Accelerator will feed customer and product insights for these solutions to enable Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) maximization across personalized interactions. Lyca Mobile will deploy Flytxt’s CVM Accelerator in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, the United States and the United Kingdom.

CVM Accelerator integrates with any CRM or CX environment via standard application programming interfaces (API) to deliver actionable intelligence for optimizing CLTV.

Lyca Mobile used the Accelerator solution during a one-month pilot project. Lyca used the predictive insights from the Accelerator while executing marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which resulted in 1.3 percent increase in Average Revenue per User (ARPU).

“Flytxt, with its AI solutions, is a perfect partner for Lyca Mobile to better understand customers’ needs and deliver customer experiences,” Jogan Satkunanathan, Chief of Pricing and Product Management at Lyca Mobile, said in a news statement.

“Flytxt’s CVM Accelerator brings in a deeper understanding of customers’ usage behavior and predicted needs. The pilot project proved that with data-driven actionable insights, we can enhance the value of customer interactions on our existing CX systems,” said Ankit Rai, Lyca Mobile’s Head of Retention, CRM / CVM.

In April 2021, Lycamobile, the UK-based MNO, announced the recruitment of Navanit Narayan from Indian telecoms Vodafone Idea as its new chief executive to lead a £70 million investment push that will expand it beyond its traditional business of selling cheap airtime to expatriate communities.
