at The Grove and The Americana at Brand, Caruso Affiliated’s shopping and
entertainment destinations in Los Angeles.
Shoppers can now search the season’s latest styles, plan
their evening’s entertainment, and share their elegant shopping experience and
celebrity sightings in real-time with Boingo’s premium Wi-Fi.
Caruso customers can access Boingo’s affordable,
easy-to-use wireless service on their favorite smartphones, tablets, laptops,
e-readers or any other Wi-Fi enabled device in the common areas of each
property, including the plazas, courtyards and restaurants.
In addition to helping customers shop and surf, Boingo
will also keep Caruso Affiliated’s award-winning, resort-style mobile concierge
services connected at broadband speeds.
Armed with iPads powered by Boingo Wi-Fi, Caruso mobile
concierge staffers are available to ensure that all guests have a VIP
experience by offering complimentary assistance with services ranging from
restaurant reservations, to tourist information, to purchasing movie tickets
and more, as well as on-site support to ensure an exceptional Wi-Fi experience.
Boingo’s celebrated social media and toll-free telephone
customer service is also available to Caruso patrons 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year.
