Vodafone Idea (Vi), the third largest telecom operator in India, has strengthened its management team by hiring two senior-level executives.
Mathan Babu Kasilingam will be joining Vodafone Idea as Executive Vice President (Technology Security).
Vivek Jain will be returning to the telecom operator as Executive Vice President (Marketing).
Kasilingam joins Vi from National Payment Corporation of India, where he was Chief Information Security Officer. He had earlier worked with organizations such as HDFC Bank, British Telecom Global Services, Symantec Software, McAfee, Wipro and HCL.
Vivek Jain is joining Vi back from The LEGO Group. He had earlier worked with Godrej Consumer Products, Colgate Palmolive, J&J and Perfetti Van Melle. Jain had resigned from Vi in 2019 to join The LEGO Group as General Manager–India.
