As part of the shift, all employees will be encouraged and empowered to take a hybrid approach to office and home working.

Three UK said the 117,000 square foot building in Green Park, Reading is currently under construction in the Green Park business centre. Three aims to have colleagues working in the new central office in Q3 of 2021.

Robert Finnegan, CEO, Three UK said: “Maidenhead has been our home for the last 17 years and we’re thankful for the support of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council during this time.”

Three has been looking at the way they work and has decided to embed a hybrid approach to working across all their offices. Employees will be encouraged to see the office as a hub they can use in combination with home working, rather than a place to work five days a week.

Mark Redmond, chief people officer, Three UK, said: “The last 12 months have shown the many benefits of working from home and we believe going forwards a working week at Three will mean people meeting in the office less frequently but with more purpose. We will be rolling this out across all our offices in the UK, and our new office space in Green Park, Reading, is being designed with this hybrid system in mind.”
