Grameenphone, the business division of Telenor in Bangladesh, has discovered some errors related to regular commission payments for prior years. Grameenphone has chosen to restate their historical financials due to the materiality of this effect, Telenor said in a statement late on Friday.

Telenor would be taking a one-off loss in the second quarter of 2019. Telenor has lowered its EBITDA guidance by 299 million crowns or $35.05 million.

Telenor said net profit guidance would be lowered by 622 million crowns or $72.91 million in the quarter.
