Airtel network powers enterprise services of Ola

Bharti Airtel said its network will be powering enterprise services of Ola, a popular mobile app for transportation.

Airtel will facilitate migration of the Ola devices to Airtel 4G networks that have presence in all 22 telecom circles and have been rated as India’s fastest mobile network by global leaders like Ookla.

Airtel Payments Banks will integrate with Ola app to offer digital payments solutions to customers for their rides.

Ola Money will be integrated as a digital payment solution within MyAirtel App and Airtel website to enable recharge of Airtel prepaid mobile/DTH and payment of Airtel mobile/broadband bills through Ola Money.

Airtel retail points will assist customers for booking an Ola ride via kiosks in these locations. Airtel will leverage Ola’s driver partners, who will act as retail points for recharging Airtel prepaid numbers on the go.

Airtel and Ola will build content for the customers of Ola Play. Airtel’s entertainment offerings will be available on Ola Play. There will also be value added services from Airtel’s stable to Ola customers over time.

“Ola will benefit from Airtel’s retail network and our connectivity solutions for businesses that help them drive growth through better efficiency,” said Airtel India CEO Gopal Vittal.

Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal said Airtel will integrate its offerings across payments, content, PoS networks, and more with Ola’s offerings for its large customer and partner base.
