Airtel names Sarang Kanade as the new director of Customer Experience

Telecom network operator Bharti Airtel today announced the appointment of Sarang Kanade as director – Customer Experience, India and South Asia.

Sarang Kanade, who is currently CEO of Delhi Circle, replaces Raghunath Mandava, who will be moving to Airtel Africa as the chief operating officer. Sarang Kanade will report to Airtel India CEO Gopal Vittal.

Sarang Kanade joined Airtel in March 2010 and has held senior positions such as COO and CEO in the Upper North Hub (Punjab, Haryana, HP and J&K). Prior to joining Bharti Airtel, Sarang worked with Spencers Retail as VP, and with Marico in various sales roles.
