Tele2 Netherlands deploys Nokia Analytics software

Espoo, Finland-based Nokia said Nokia Traffica geolocation capabilities provide map-based location data on traffic and network issues down to the street level. The investment in Nokia analytics solutions will improve Tele2’s ability to identify network problems and troubleshoot subscriber service issues.

The strategy of telecom engineers at Tele2 Netherlands is to deliver a superior real-time subscriber experience on its mobile network by and accurately identifying and resolving service issues and improving network quality.

Telecom network engineers rely on Nokia Cognitive Analytics solution for monitoring and troubleshooting that provides deep insights into traffic, network conditions, locations, devices and subscriber activity. It enables mobile service provider’s customer care and operations teams to better understand how subscribers are experiencing their services.
