Tech Mahindra drives Three Ireland’s customer service center in Waterford

Tech Mahindra today said it is driving Three Ireland’s customer service center in Waterford.

The new center in Waterford will improve Three’s operations to offer support and services to its customers. Tech Mahindra currently provides customer care services for Three’s consumer customers as well as various back office services.

Three Ireland and Tech Mahindra officially open customer service centre in Waterford

Three Ireland, the second largest mobile operator in Ireland, has over two million customers as of September 2014. Three operates has invested nearly €2 billion in building 2G, 3G and 4G networks in Ireland.

Robert Finnegan, CEO of Three Ireland and CP Gurnani, CEO and managing director of Tech Mahindra opened customer service centre in Waterford yesterday.

“We announced 130 jobs in Waterford last October and the process of recruiting those positions is well underway,” said Three Ireland CEO Robert Finnegan.
