RADWIN mobility solution delivers 100 Mbps at speeds of up to 200 Km/h

Telecom Lead Middle East: RADWIN, a provider of backhaul
and broadband wireless solutions, has launched new RADWIN 5000 Mobility
solution.

The company said that its new solution boosts broadband connectivity
for vehicles in motion. Also, it delivers high capacity of 100 Mbps at speeds
of up to 200 Km/h for video and Internet connectivity.

authorities, oil & gas companies and mines that are looking to improve
security and operational efficiency.

 

The solution comes with powerful base stations that
enable connectivity to ruggedized mobile units that can be mounted on vehicles,
trains and vessels.

 

RADWIN 5000 Mobility solution is commercially deployed in
large-scale projects worldwide and serves multiple applications such as
perimeter security via video connectivity between patrol cars in the field to
control centers and Internet connectivity for public transport systems.

 

RADWIN deploys video surveillance project for Be’er Sheva
Municipality in Israel

 

Recently, Be’er Sheva Municipality in Israel deployed
RADWIN 2000 radios in a video surveillance project designed to safeguard
critical infrastructure.

 

The Be’er Sheva Municipality installed mega-pixel cameras
throughout the city in places such as traffic intersections and public
parks.
