MWC 2023: Ericsson to showcase latest network solutions

Ericsson announced it will showcase its network-related demos at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. The telecom vendor spotlights its leading technology across topics including accelerating networks, monetizing 5G, and its vision of future networks.
Ericsson’s Radio 6626Ericsson will be showcasing its Ericsson Radio System hardware wall and tower. The display will include the latest products from radio access network (RAN) and transport portfolios, from outdoor to indoor, with the ability to lift-and-compare coming generation of single- and multi-band radios, to baseline products.

Ericsson will demo the Fixed Wireless Access opportunity, featuring the latest market developments and technology breakthroughs on customer-premises equipment (CPEs), millimeter wave, self-install applications and more.

There will be demo of 5G standalone network slicing early deployments with examples of a premium Formula One experience with Singtel, 5G smart patrol car with Far EasTone and fast site construction with Telstra.

Ericsson will showcase its energy-efficient solutions. Ericsson will also reveal the future of 6G-related technologies being explored in its labs. Among these exhibits are zero energy sensors, live digital twinning of a 6G network, and exploring the performance capabilities of potential new 6G spectrum.
