Integra Telecom unveils Wavelength Services

Telecom Lead America: Integra Telecom, a provider of
fiber-based, business-grade networking, communications and cloud solutions, has
launched Wavelength Services.

The Wavelength Services will provide metro-area and
long-haul private networking to customers who require high-bandwidth, dedicated
network transport between facilities.

The services offer wholesale and enterprise customers a
scalable, fully managed, end-to-end optical solution by pairing with Integra’s
fiber footprint and robust network.

“Businesses today must store, manage and transport
larger volumes of data than ever before. Our customers want assurances that
their connections are secure and expertly managed, with ample capacity to
support their growing network requirements. Integra’s Wavelength solution gives
businesses the big data pipes they need to keep their facilities and IT
resources tightly connected,” said Mike Kozlowski, director of product
management for transport and data services at Integra Telecom.

The company said that its Wavelength Services are ideal
for carriers and multi-location business customers, such as those within the
healthcare and financial industries, who require high-speed, point-to-point network
connectivity up to 10Gbps between offices, data centers or disaster recovery
facilities.

The services are deployed throughout Integra’s extensive
network, supporting both long-haul and metropolitan high-bandwidth connections.

Integra can provide business customers custom network
solutions, supporting business-critical processes such as Business continuity
and disaster recovery solutions, Ethernet transport and optical storage
connectivity and Data storage connectivity.

Among Wavelength’s features include 24/7 private network
monitoring and built-in low latency over Integra’s equipment and network
infrastructure, attributes that guarantee fast and reliable transport as well
as enhancing the security and privacy of network communications.

Recently, Integra Telecom selected ClickSoftware service optimization solution to improve the
deployment of nearly 200 field technicians.
