Flytxt in analytics deal with Safaricom

Safaricom buys Essar Telecom Kenya
Flytxt today announced its analytics deal with Safaricom, a telecom service provider in Kenya, to deploy its Customer Value Management (CVM) solution.

Safaricom aims to improve customer experience through personalized and contextually relevant engagement with customers throughout their lifecycles by making investment in Flytxt’s advanced analytics powered solutions.

The main strategy of the African telecom operator is to utilize customer insights in order to deliver differentiated experience to customers.

“We continuously work to better understand our customers so that we are able to streamline our services and offer the best possible solution,” said Sylvia Mulinge, director- Consumer Business, Safaricom.

Safaricom, an affiliate of Vodafone Group, has more than 25 million subscribers.

“With this partnership our relationship with the Vodafone group deepens further,” said Hetarth Patel, senior vice president – Global Sales, Flytxt.

Flytxt is also working with MTN, one of the rivals of Safaricom.
