edotco Malaysia announced its 7-year mobile infrastructure deal with Sunway Digital Wave. edotco Malaysia will build and manage the telecommunications infrastructure for Sunway Digital Wave.
Sunway Group will deploy the mobile telecommunication infrastructure in its townships nationwide, including commercial buildings, medical centers, universities and shopping malls.
Among the innovative technologies that will be deployed are a network of antennas for in-building solutions (IBS), small cells, and multi-tenant BTS (Base Transceiver Stations) which will enable mobile operators to increase their capacity, Wan Zainal Adileen, chief regional officer of edotco Group, said.
