American Tower Corporation (ATC) India has appointed MTS India CTO Ashwani Kumar Khillan as chief operating officer (COO) — responsible for managing the overall operations for the company including, financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Before MTS where he was the CTO, he has worked with Huawei, Ericsson, Idea Cellular, Reliance Communications and HFCL in areas of managed services, operations and network planning.
He will be replacing B Ramanand, who will be retiring after five years of service at ATC.
