U.S. bans companies from selling components to phone maker ZTE

ZTE at Mobile World Congress 2016
The U.S. Department of Commerce is banning American companies from selling components to China-based smartphone manufacturing company ZTE for 7 years for violating the terms of a sanctions violation case, Reuters reported.
