Nokia unveils Lumia 1320 and Lumia 525 in India

Nokia has launched Nokia Lumia 1320 and Nokia Lumia 525 in India. Nokia Lumia 1320 is priced Rs 23,999 and Nokia Lumia 525 is offered for Rs 10,399.

The new Nokia Lumia 1320 features a 6-inch 720p display screen and the latest software advancements for Windows Phones. Users enjoy Lumia experiences such as unlimited ad-free music and global mapping with Nokia Mix Radio and global mapping and location services from HERE, Nokia said.

Viral Oza, director-Marketing, Nokia India, said, “With its large screen, warm and playful design and our rich imaging experience, the Nokia Lumia 1320 is an integral addition to our Windows Phone portfolio. It looks to further expand our innovation offering by bringing the best Lumia experiences from Nokia and the latest from Windows Phone to a large screen smartphone, at a more affordable price.”

The Nokia Lumia 1320 will be available in orange, yellow, white, and black from January 13, 2014.

Lumia 1320 and Lumia 525

The new Nokia Lumia 525 is a variant of the highly successful Lumia 520. Powered by the latest Nokia Lumia Black version of Windows Phone 8 operating system, the smartphone offers many of the same Nokia imaging experiences as its high-end siblings, as well as maps and navigation from HERE, and free music from Nokia MixRadio.

The smartphone features a 4-inch sensitive touchscreen and 1GB RAM, offering a highly immersive smartphone gaming and entertainment experience. Lumia 525 includes an outstanding imaging experience, including a five-megapixel autofocus camera and advanced imaging applications like Nokia Camera, Nokia said.

“The Lumia 525 follows on the heels of its hugely successful predecessor, the Lumia 520, which has been a great success story for our Windows Phone 8 portfolio since its launch earlier this year. The Nokia Lumia 525 will expand our reach, bringing high end Lumia experiences to many more consumers at an affordable price,” Oza said.

The Nokia Lumia 525 is available in gloss orange, white, yellow and matte black from January 07, 2014.
