We are excited about this important next step in our partnership, and we look forward to creating an even more vibrant TD industry together,” said Li Yue, president of China Mobile Communications

As the largest operator in China, China Mobile will play a significant role in bringing Lumia experience to more Chinese consumers with its TD network coverage.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, China Telecom started to take orders for Apple iPhone5.

China Unicom’s pre-orders for the device have already exceeded 100,000 on the first day of pre-sales.

The two networks both saw more than three million new 3G subscribers in October.
