Sidera Networks announced it is offering high-speed connectivity to Colt, enabling the provider to access the US market with direct, ultra low-latency connectivity to the New York and Chicago metropolitan areas.

Colt’s managed network
reaches more of Europe than any other provider, offering direct-line
connectivity to more than 17,000 buildings in 38 major European cities.

Colt selected Sidera to access the US
market because of its unmatched ultra low-latency connectivity, unique routes
and the team’s dedication to working with its customers to achieve optimal
business performance, supported by industry-leading Service Level Agreements.

We’ve had
presence in the US market for a number of years now, with a strong focus on
addressing growing customer demand for connectivity in leading metro areas such
as Chicago, Boston, Newark and New York,” said Jaap Zuiderveld, vice president
of Direct Sales, Enterprise Services at Colt Technology Services.

Sidera’s ultra
low-latency connectivity and unique routes enable us to offer complete,
end-to-end solution with the reliability and scalability our clients demand,”
Zuiderveld added.

This
solution and our capabilities are a perfect fit for Colt’s needs in the US market,
as our network is uniquely designed for the financial services industry,” said
Mike Sicoli, CEO of Sidera Networks. Moving forward, we will also be seeking
ways to leverage Colt’s network to allow our customers to reach key metro areas
throughout Europe. This business relationship is a win-win for both
organizations.”
