KIT digital promotes Fabrice Hamaide as CFO

Telecom Lead America: KIT digital, a provider of video
management software and services, has named Fabrice Hamaide as chief financial
officer of the company. Hamaide will now be based in New York.

Most recently, Hamaide was serving the company as a
senior financial advisor.

 

Speaking on Hamaide’s promotion, chief executive officer,
Barak Bar-Cohen said, “Fabrice has a proven track record helping transform
global software businesses. He brings hands-on financial and operational
experience to our global executive team, and will significantly enhance our
ability to serve tier-one customers and unlock value for investors.”

 

Prior to Kit digital, Hamaide served ATARI (formerly
known as Infogrames) as Chief Financial Officer.

 

At Atari, Hamaide developed and executed a turnaround
plan resulting in a rapid return to positive cash flow and profitability.

Before ATARI, Hamaide was serving Parrot SA, a European
maker of wireless hardware and software, as chief financial officer.

 

He also held executive and strategic positions at Talkway
Communications, Logitech, and Ernst & Young.

 

KIT digital appoints two new Board members

 

Recently, KIT digital, reconstituted its Board of
Directors with the election of two new independent members and the resignation
of two current members of the Board.

 

William V. Russell joined the Board as non-executive
Chairman and Greg B. Petersen joined as a Director, the chairman of the Audit
Committee, and a member of the Strategic Transaction Committee.
