Flowfinity launches on Android for rapid enterprise mobile apps

Flowfinity Wireless, a provider
of enterprise mobile apps, announced the launch of Flowfinity Actions client
for Google Android tablets and smartphones.

This release extends cross-platform support for
Flowfinity Actions, a software solution that leading companies across
industries have adopted as the standard for rapidly mobilizing their current
business processes and workflows.

Flowfinity Actions for Android capitalizes on the functionality
of Google Android OS to deliver an intuitive user experience for mobile
business processes such as dispatching work orders, collecting data in the
field, managing projects and tasks, and automating integration with other
in-house systems. The product enables extensive offline functionality and
leverages device features such as camera and GPS.

We are using Flowfinity for Android as a possible
extension to our current smartphone deployment and are very impressed with its
performance and intuitive interface,” said Bryce Bankston, director of computer
services, Bay-IBI Group Architects.

Given the rapid changes in the tablet and smartphone
market, the best way to empower our customers is to offer them the flexibility
to use our software on multiple platforms, without having to re-program or
re-build apps for each type of device they support,” said Larry Wilson, VP of
Sales & Marketing, Flowfinity.
