Comverse announces new Center of Excellence in Gurgaon, India

Comverse announced its new Center of Excellence in Gurgaon, India.

The new center of excellence will focus on Indian and global customers of Comverse.

The company has started hiring resources to expand its services.

Balaji Iyer, vice president of Systems & Solutions at Comverse, said: “Responsive to the evolving needs of telecoms and other digital business customers facing disruptive global changes, we are tapping into the vast talent pool here to develop and deliver best-in-class digital lifestyle solutions that address customer opportunities and expand success.”

The India CCoE complements similar Comverse facilities in other regions, such as the recently announced EMEA Comverse Center of Excellence in Bulgaria.

The company said CCoE in India will play a key role in development of technology empowering telecom service providers and enterprises to expand business models, boost revenues, cut costs and provide better customer experience.
