SkyStream renews deal with SES for VSAT networks

Telecom Lead America: SkyStream has renewed a multi-year deal on SES’ NSS-6 satellite at 95 degrees East to provide connectivity to its maritime, and oil & gas customers via VSAT networks

SkyStream will utilize the Ku-band capacity on the SES satellite to deliver corporate VPN services across Iraq, Afghanistan and other key countries.

Riyadh Al Adely, managing director at SkyStream, said: “The latest deal with SES reaffirms our continued commitment to provide our customers with premium cost-effective capacity and will allow us to extend our VSAT business across the region.”
