Letter of Credit for Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program (BEAD)

Part of the initiative involves the “LOC – Letter of Credit for Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program (BEAD),” aligning with the 25 percent Rule stipulated by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) in the Notice of Funding Opportunity. This rule mandates broadband providers to fulfill a 25 percent matching funds requirement.
