Procera Networks CEO James Brear resigned

Procera Networks CEO James Brear has resigned from the company.

Lyndon Cantor will be the new chief executive officer.

Most recently Lyndon Cantor served as president of Tektronix Communications, a network assurance solutions provider serving network operators across fixed, mobile and cable environments.

In his three years as president, Cantor helped increase revenue from $323 million to $463 million, while considerably increasing operating margins. He also drove an aggressive innovation agenda that launched several new products.

“Procera’s analytics capability and architectural flexibility provide a tremendous foundation to deliver additional innovative solutions that enable our customers to better optimize and monetize their networks,” said Lyndon Cantor, incoming Procera CEO.
