Dish Network today said its co-founder and chairman Charles W Ergen will be the new CEO.
The appointment follows the retirement of Joseph P Clayton from the position of president and chief executive officer.
Ergen has previously served as Dish Network’s president and CEO.
COO Bernie Han, general counsel Stanton Dodge, CHRO Mike McClaskey, head of Corporate Development Tom Cullen and Sling TV CEO Roger Lynch will report directly to Ergen.
