Consolidated Communications deploys NetCracker OSS solution

Consolidated Communications has deployed NetCracker Technology’s OSS solution to consolidate its service fulfillment systems and reduce the cost.

Centralization of its fulfillment systems to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) by minimizing maintenance cost and improving return on investment will also be the benefits to Consolidated Communications.

Consolidated Communications, a business and broadband communications provider in the U.S., will benefit by deploying the NetCracker Service Inventory, Service Order Management, Service Information Management and Resource Inventory solutions.
The OSS solution from NetCracker replaced Consolidated Communications’ legacy systems.

“Deployment of NetCracker’s OSS solution enables us to continue to build upon system efficiency and automation with a platform that scales and evolves as we continue to expand our footprint and services. We are excited about the future of our back-office and the enhanced support we will be able to offer to our customers,” said Tom White, chief technology officer at Consolidated Communications.

NetCracker platform will support Consolidated Communications to track multi-vendor services efficiently and improve the management of those offerings across their lifecycles. NetCracker delivered professional services by migrating data from its legacy system to the new NetCracker platform.
