But VimpelCom said its service revenue growth will be flat or will decline in low single digit this year. It indicates Capex program will not be too promising to telecom network vendors.

VimpelCom Capex reduced 29 percent in Q4 2014 to $1,201 million and fell 2 percent in 2014 to $3,907 million.

“Our focus in 2015 will continue to be on improving the customer experience and further increases in our NPS. We will seek further consolidation opportunities such as our network sharing agreement in Russia so that we can deliver better services in all of the markets,” Lunder said.

The revenue of VimpelCom fell 21 percent to $4,391 million in Q4 2014 and dropped 13 percent to $19,627 million in 2014.
