Ericsson signs managed services deal with Zain Bahrain

Mobile equipment vendor Ericsson on Monday said it signed a four-year managed services deal with telecom service provider Zain Bahrain to manage its network and enhance its customer support services.

As part of the deal, Ericsson will manage Zain’s network operations across the country, enabling operational excellence.

“At Zain, providing customers with advanced technologies that enhance their mobile experience is of a paramount importance. With that ultimate aim in mind, we selected Ericsson to manage our network operations,” said Mohammed Zainalabedin, general manager, Zain in Bahrain.

By deploying this differentiated solution, Zain Bahrain’s network will operate at upgraded productivity levels, enabling the operator to continue innovating and providing customers with a premium mobile experience.
