Telecom Lead Asia: Huawei has priced its E3131 Soft Wi-Fi Data Card at Rs 2275 in India.
The price of Huawei’s E355 Wi-Fi Dongle is Rs 3175. The Huawei E5331 MiFi is priced at Rs 3990.
Huawei claims that E3131 Soft WiFi datacard and E5331 MiFi are three times faster (21.6 Mbps compared to 7.2 Mbps) than any other Wi-Fi data card.
The Huawei E3131 Soft Wi-Fi data card features Wi-Fi Hotspot. On connecting Huawei E313 Soft Wi-Fi data card, this software solution utilises the PC’s hardware to establish it as a Wi-Fi Hotspot and share the Internet with any other 5 devices like smartphones, tablets and gaming devices, among others.

The number of internet users has grown by 16 percent over last year and we expect the numbers to grow to up to 150 million by end of 2012.
