iQOO Z11x 5G Launched at ₹28,999 with 7200mAh Battery, Dimensity 7400-Turbo and 32MP Selfie Camera

iQOO has launched the iQOO Z11x 5G in India at ₹28,999, expanding its Z-series with a smartphone focused on battery life, performance, durability, gaming and AI-powered productivity. A promotional offer brings the effective price down to ₹27,499, making the large 7200mAh battery one of the key differentiators of the device.

The iQOO Z11x 5G combines a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, 120Hz FHD+ display, 50MP Sony main camera, 32MP selfie camera, IP68/IP69 protection and Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

iQOO is positioning the 5G smartphone particularly for students and younger consumers who use their phones for online classes, research, assignments, social media, entertainment and gaming.

iQOO Z11x 5G Price in India

The iQOO Z11x 5G price is ₹28,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. Buyers can get the smartphone at a price of ₹27,499 through eligible launch offers.

Customers can receive a flat ₹1,500 discount using select ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank credit cards, along with up to six months of no-cost EMI.

The 5G smartphone will go on sale from September 14 at 12 noon through Amazon India, iQOO’s online store, select vivo exclusive stores and other retail outlets.

iQOO is offering the Z11x 5G in Titan Black and Prismatic Green colour options.

Dimensity 7400-Turbo Delivers 890K+ AnTuTu Score

Performance is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo, manufactured using a 4nm process. Its octa-core CPU combines four Cortex-A78 performance cores and four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores.

iQOO says the Z11x 5G achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 890,000, positioning the device for demanding everyday applications, multitasking and mobile gaming.

The phone comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. An additional 8GB Extended RAM capability uses storage as virtual memory to improve multitasking and app switching.

Gaming features include Dual 10x Super Touch Control, Monster Mode, Gaming HyperSense Audio, customizable Game Timer, game vibration, in-game overlay notifications and Game Voice Changer.

The Z11x 5G also includes AI SuperLink for improved network connectivity, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual stereo speakers supporting up to 400 percent volume.

7200mAh Battery Is the Major Selling Point

The 7200mAh battery is arguably the biggest feature of the iQOO Z11x 5G, particularly for users prioritising long battery life.

According to iQOO’s testing, the battery can deliver up to 40 hours of video playback, 15.4 hours of gaming, 10.7 hours of continuous live streaming, 51 hours of 4G voice calls and 13.9 days of standby time under specified usage conditions.

The 5G smartphone supports 44W FlashCharge. A 10-minute charge can provide up to six hours of talk time.

iQOO says the battery can charge from 1 percent to 50 percent in 43 minutes, while a full 1 percent to 100 percent charge takes 91 minutes.

Bypass charging sends power directly to the device during intensive usage rather than continuously charging the battery, helping control heat during activities such as gaming.

The phone also features Overnight Charging Protection. It can pause charging at 80 percent overnight and resume before the user’s expected wake-up time. iQOO claims the battery is designed to maintain dependable performance for up to six years.

6.76-inch 120Hz FHD+ Display

The iQOO Z11x 5G features a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2344 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

The high refresh rate should provide smoother scrolling and animations across games, social media and other applications.

Outdoor visibility is supported by up to 1,200 nits High Brightness Mode.

For consumers spending long periods reading, watching videos or attending online classes, iQOO has added TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification and an upgraded Eye Comfort system.

Sleep Comfort Mode gradually changes the screen’s colour temperature before bedtime. An Anti-Motion Sickness Mode uses animated visual cues corresponding with vehicle movement to reduce discomfort when viewing the screen while travelling.

50MP Sony Camera and 32MP Selfie Camera

The Z11x 5G gets a 50MP Sony IMX852 AI main camera, accompanied by a 2MP bokeh sensor.

A 32MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls.

One notable feature is 4K video recording at 30fps on both the front and rear cameras. Video Electronic Image Stabilisation helps produce smoother footage.

The camera software offers Dual-View Video, front-to-rear camera switching while recording, 4K video-to-Live Photo conversion and video frame cropping.

AI-assisted imaging features include AI Erase, AI UHD, Ultra HD Document and Smart Editing. The Z11x 5G also supports Live Photo and Underwater Photography.

These features broaden the phone’s appeal beyond gaming, particularly for students and younger consumers creating short-form video, social media and vlog content.

IP68 and IP69 Protection Boosts Durability

Another significant feature at the iQOO Z11x 5G’s ₹28,999 price point is IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance.

The smartphone also offers military-grade durability, according to iQOO, as well as support for wet-hand and greasy-hand touch.

A one-tap water and dust ejection function provides additional protection after exposure to challenging conditions.

The combination of IP68/IP69 protection and a 7200mAh battery could be particularly attractive to consumers who prioritise longevity and durability rather than an ultra-thin smartphone design.

Android 16 and AI Productivity Features

The iQOO Z11x 5G ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

iQOO is promising two years of operating-system upgrades and four years of security updates.

AI is integrated across productivity and imaging functions. Circle to Search allows users to search for information by circling or highlighting objects or text displayed on the screen.

AI Captions offers real-time transcription and translation, while AI Creation can summarise information, refine text, translate content and assist with brainstorming.

For students, AI Transcript Assist could be particularly useful because it converts recorded audio into text and can turn longer transcripts into concise notes.

Other software capabilities include Screen Translation, Free Transfer, Private Space, Origin Island, Drag & Go and Copy & Go.

System-level technologies such as Ultra-Core Computing, Dual Rendering and Memory Fusion are designed to improve responsiveness and multitasking.

Is the iQOO Z11x 5G Worth ₹28,999?

At ₹28,999, or ₹27,499 after eligible launch discounts, iQOO is making battery capacity, performance and durability the main value proposition rather than relying on one headline specification.

The 7200mAh battery is particularly important, while the Dimensity 7400-Turbo, 890K+ AnTuTu score, 120Hz FHD+ screen, 50MP Sony camera, 32MP front camera, 4K recording on both cameras and IP68/IP69 protection create a broad feature package.

The trade-off is charging speed: 44W charging is relatively modest for such a large 7200mAh battery, reflected in iQOO’s claimed 91-minute full charging time. The use of LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage also indicates that iQOO has prioritised battery capacity and other features over faster-generation memory and storage technologies.

For students, gamers and heavy smartphone users, however, the combination of long battery life, durability, AI productivity features and gaming capabilities could make the iQOO Z11x 5G a notable option in India’s sub-₹30,000 5G smartphone market.

The iQOO Z11x 5G will be manufactured at vivo’s Greater Noida facility in India. iQOO customers will also have access to more than 700 company-owned service centres across the country.

iQOO Z11x 5G Faces Strong Competition in India’s ₹25,000–₹30,000 Smartphone Market

The iQOO Z11x 5G enters a highly competitive ₹25,000–₹30,000 smartphone segment in India, where brands are increasingly offering large batteries, high-refresh-rate displays, faster charging and stronger cameras. Five smartphones illustrate the choices available to buyers in this price bracket.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion

Priced at around ₹29,000, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is one of the strongest alternatives for buyers prioritising display quality. It features a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, 7,000mAh battery and 68W charging. Its camera system combines a 50MP main camera, 13MP ultra-wide camera and 32MP selfie camera. The phone also uses faster LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, giving it a specification advantage over the iQOO Z11x’s LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 combination.

vivo V60e

Available at around ₹26,500, the vivo V60e places greater emphasis on photography and charging. Its headline feature is a 200MP main camera, supported by an 8MP secondary camera and 50MP selfie camera. The smartphone has a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, 6,500mAh battery and 90W fast charging. A MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor powers the device. Compared with the iQOO Z11x, vivo sacrifices some battery capacity but offers substantially faster charging and higher camera resolution.

OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite 5G

OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite 5G competes on battery life and everyday performance. It features MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex, a 7,000mAh battery with 45W charging, 6.72-inch display and a 50MP main camera. The phone comes close to the iQOO Z11x on processor class and battery capacity, although iQOO has an advantage with its 7,200mAh battery and 32MP front camera.

Tecno Pova Curve 2

Battery-focused buyers also have the Tecno Pova Curve 2, priced at approximately ₹27,000. It combines an enormous 8,000mAh battery with 45W charging, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, 50MP main camera and 13MP selfie camera. The 8,000mAh capacity exceeds the iQOO Z11x’s 7,200mAh battery, while the AMOLED panel gives Tecno another advantage for multimedia consumption. iQOO, however, offers the stronger performance proposition and higher-resolution selfie camera.

Redmi Note 17 5G

At approximately ₹28,000, the Redmi Note 17 5G is another battery-and-display-focused alternative. It offers an 8,000mAh battery, 45W charging and a large 6.99-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 and carries a 50MP main camera. While its processor is positioned below the Dimensity 7400-Turbo powering the iQOO Z11x, its combination of an AMOLED display and 8,000mAh battery could appeal strongly to video and entertainment users.

Where iQOO Z11x Stands

The comparison shows that the iQOO Z11x 5G’s ₹28,999 price is not based on one category-leading specification. Instead, iQOO is combining several strengths: the Dimensity 7400-Turbo, 7,200mAh battery, 50MP Sony IMX852 camera, 32MP selfie camera, 120Hz display, IP68/IP69 protection and Android 16.

Its biggest competitive weakness is the LCD display, as several rivals around the same price offer AMOLED panels. The 44W charging speed is also behind devices offering 68W or 90W charging.

However, the combination of a large battery, strong processor, 32MP front camera, 4K video recording from both front and rear cameras and IP68/IP69 durability makes the iQOO Z11x a particularly balanced option for students, gamers and heavy smartphone users rather than buyers seeking the best display or fastest charging alone.
