Samsung Reinvents Galaxy S26 with In-House Exynos 2600 Chip
Samsung Electronics will use its own Exynos 2600 chip in the upcoming Galaxy S26 smartphones, returning to in-house processors after four years. It is designed to deliver performance comparable to Apple’s A19 Pro and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This move reflects Samsung’s strategy to rely on its semiconductor division for smartphone processing needs, reducing dependence on third-party chips.
