Telia COO Rainer Deutschmann resigned

Telia Company announced that Rainer Deutschmann, Chief Operating Officer, will leave his position on May 31, 2024. Last year, Allison Kirkby left her position as CEO of Telia to join BT Group.
Telia network offersRainer Deutschmann, who will pursue opportunities outside the company, has been a member of the Group Executive Management team since September 2020.

He was responsible for the company’s common Products, Networks, IT and Services. In addition, Rainer Deutschmann was also responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation over the last four years to simplify operations and improve customer experience.

Hein Muskens, Group Chief Information Officer since March 1, 2023, will, in addition to his current role, temporarily take on the position as acting Group Chief Operating Officer. Telia will be announcing the replacement for Rainer Deutschmann.
