RootMetrics released a 5G report showing which carrier led the way in the categories of 5G availability, speed, and data reliability during the first half of 2021.
It also includes detailed performance results across multiple performance categories to provide insight into carrier performance trends and show how the 5G race might change going forward.
AT&T delivered the Best 5G experience in 1H 2021. The carrier edged past Verizon in 5G speed across three critical speed metrics.

T-Mobile – 5G availability
Verizon — 5G data reliability
