3 Hong Kong is hiring trainees and engineering graduates

3 Hong Kong, the mobile business of Hutchison Telecommunications, is hiring management trainees, as well as engineering and enterprise market graduates to strengthen its presence in the 5G market.

The new minds help stimulate innovative design and high quality services, helping 3 Hong Kong to bring customers forward into the Metaverse era.

3 Hong Kong has launched a management trainee program for three consecutive years since 2020. Graduates from institutions are assigned to different positions according to their talents after job rotation and professional training. The trainees have designed various innovative projects in line with the latest trends.

In addition to their management trainee program, 3 Hong Kong kicked off a one-year graduate trainee program earlier targeting engineering and enterprise market.

3 Hong Kong CEO Kenny Koo said: “On top of the management trainee program, we have also launched the new graduate trainee program to nurture professionals in different fields and bring new energy into the company, thereby propelling our businesses forward into the new 5G Metaverse era.”

Graduate trainees will undergo trainings to enhance their efficiency and skills within the telecoms field. They will also attend different workshops to learn indispensable soft skills such as communication skills, social etiquette, organizational skills and teamwork for their future career.
