China Mobile is the #1 telecom operator in the world in terms of capital expenditure in the fourth quarter of 2019. China Mobile made an investment of $5.7 billion during Q4 2019.

NTT Japan invested $3.8 billion towards Capex in Q4 2019.
AT&T, the leading telecom operator in the United States, had a Capex spending of $3.8 billion.
Deutsche Telekom’s Capex spending touched $3.4 billion in Q4 2019.
