Vodafone India unveils Vodafone RED for postpaid customers

Vodafone India has launched Vodafone RED service which is designed to integrate the offerings for voice and data for postpaid retail and enterprise customers.

Vodafone RED, according to company officials, eliminates the need for multiple rentals for voice and data and brings in a new concept of integrated solutions across multiple segments to give worry free connectivity to its customers.

Commenting on the launch of Vodafone RED, Vivek Mathur, chief commercial officer, Vodafone India, said, “With ‘Vodafone RED,’ we offer our postpaid customers a new and unique proposition that captures their need for increasing volumes of voice and data through multiple devices across family members.”

The new service provides customers with pooling capability, hassle free billing, service differentiation, loyalty program, focus on safety and security and a dedicated relationship manager, Vodafone said.

With the rapid adoption of mobile internet and apps supported by the flourishing smartphone growth, customers are looking for better capabilities to manage their voice and data, so integration of both the offerings is an evolutionary step in the process of delivering best-in-class service experience, Vodafone said.

‘Vodafone RED’ currently offers the following four pricing options for consumers,
