Ecolibrium’s Software-as-a-Service analytics platform called SmartSense – powered by connectivity from Vodafone IoT — offers to cut energy costs of industrial users by up to 30 percent.
Enterprises can install SmartSense in few minutes – eliminating the need for customers to use multiple SIMs from different telecom service providers.
Vodafone IoT solution allows Ecolibrium customers to get a near real-time view of energy use and analytics to monitor their demand, energy losses, asset performance and move from scheduled maintenance to data-driven predictive maintenance.
Vodafone’s IoT Managed Connectivity Platform allows Ecolibrium Energy the capability to scale up its business and move to 1,000 SmartSense devices by the end of 2016.
Ecolibrium powered by Vodafone IoT is already managing an estimated energy consumption of 1.4 gigawatts with over 100 million data.
“We know that reducing energy costs is a high priority for our customers and helping deliver up to 30 percent reduction in costs is very attractive,” said Nick Gliddon, director of Vodafone Business Services, in a statement.
Vodafone Business Services has more than 7.5 million mobility corporate customers as on March 31, 2016.
