Orange Belgium buys nearly 75% stake in VOO

Orange Belgium has completed its acquisition of nearly 75 percent stake in telco operator, VOO SA, valuing the company at €1.8 billion.
Nethys will retain nearly 25 percent share. Orange Belgium will finance this transaction through an intra-Group loan.
