The aim of the E-Shakti project is to build Internet awareness and literacy among women in Madhya Pradesh.

The Madhya Pradesh State Government has identified the girl students from Government schools and colleges and women employees of various Government departments as the beneficiaries of E-Shakti initiative. 6 districts — Bhopal, Dewas, Gwalior, Damoh, Dhar and Satna – will be covered in the first phase of the initiative.
