STL buys network integration company Clearcomm

STL announced the acquisition of Clearcomm Group, a UK based network integration company, to enhance the presence across UK and Europe.
STLClearcomm is a privately held company that provides network integration solutions and capabilities in the UK. Clearcomm has been generating profitable growth with revenues in the range of GBP 20 million and growth rates of over 25 percent over the past 3 years.

Clearcomm has achieved this by developing an excellent delivery model for large scale FTTx network integration projects. These specialisations complement STL’s existing leadership in Optical Connectivity and Data centre integration solutions.

Anand Agarwal, Group CEO, STL said: “With the addition of Clearcomm’s network integration expertise to STL’s Optical Connectivity and Data Centre integration capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to help our customers deliver the most advanced, deep-fiberised digital networks.”

STL today announced financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021. The company recorded a strong cumulative order book of over Rs. 112 billion and revenue of Rs. 13.09 billion, backed by solid technology solutions and foundational capabilities.

STL earlier announced the acquisition of Optotec to enhance its end-to-end FTTx business.
