The new service is available across both NTT America’s
Managed Private Networks and the networks of providers that NTT America manages
on behalf of enterprise clients.
The new managed service is capable of delivering
automated remote monitoring of NTT America’s Managed Private Networks as well
as third-party networks and communication devices.

Aligning with the Information Technology Infrastructure
Library v3 (ITIL-v3) framework for service delivery and service support,
IntelOps service supports enterprise requirements for the highest levels of
network performance by proactively detecting, escalating, and resolving
incidents.
Additionally, the managed service relieves talented
enterprise engineers from the burden of daily Level 1 and Level 2 network
monitoring and management.
NTT America claims that its IntelOps guarantees service
availability 100 percent of the time, outage notification within 2 minutes of
detection, and on-time escalation 100 percent of the time.
The company said that businesses can reduce TCO and
achieve predictable costs year-over-year by using IntelOps managed service.
