giant Motorola Mobility has launched Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2
Media Edition, two new tablets for the customers of Turkey.
Both tablets feature 3G and Wi-Fi capabilities and will
be offered at competitive packages and available from Türk Telekom,TTNET and
Avea, the leading telecom brands in Turkey.
Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition boast
powerful productivity, rich entertainment and customizable experiences.
Tablets are quickly becoming a must-have tool for
staying connected, getting work done and having fun at home and on the road. We
are very excited about these two new additions to our tablet portfolio that
build on the success of the original Motorola XOOM to now deliver more powerful
tablet experiences to the European market,” said MaÅ‚gorzata Matusiewicz, head
of marketing in Central Europe, Mobile Devices, Motorola Mobility.
The new Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition
both feature Android 3.2 and a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor.
Both tablets boast brilliant displays with Corning
Gorilla Glass and a splashguard coating.
Motorola XOOM 2 sports a 10.1-inch widescreen HD display
and loaded with Business Ready features like Virtual Private Network (VPN)
support and data encryption.
Motorola XOOM 2 features MOTOPRINT integrated into key
apps so you can print wirelessly from your tablet. Its battery delivers more
than 10 hours of video playback.
On the other hand, Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition has a
8.2-inch display with a wide, 178 degree viewing angle. It has a 20 percent
improvement in graphics performance over the original Motorola XOOM.
Customers who sign a 36-month contract with Turk Telecom
and its channels can obtain Motorola XOOM 2 16 GB (3G) for TRY 47 per month,
XOOM 2 16 GB WiFi for TRY 39 per month and XOOM 2 Media Edition 16GB (3G) for
TRY 43 per month.

Mobile phone giant Motorola Mobility launched its latest
tablet offering Motorola XOOM 2 tablet in the UAE. The tablet features both 3G
and Wi-Fi capabilities and is available in the UAE from selected major
retailers.
