Indian consumer technology brand boltt has launched boltt Ace 5G and boltt Evo. The new smartphones combine 120Hz displays, Google Gemini-powered artificial intelligence features, Android 16 and 6,000mAh batteries at introductory prices starting at INR 9,999.
The boltt Ace 5G targets consumers looking for 5G connectivity, higher camera resolution and NFC, while the more affordable boltt Evo focuses on essential performance, photography and entertainment. Both smartphones will be sold exclusively through Flipkart from September 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
boltt Ace 5G and Evo Feature 6.79-inch 120Hz Displays
Both smartphones feature a 6.79-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, designed to provide smoother scrolling, responsive navigation and improved viewing during gaming, streaming and browsing.
Display brightness reaches up to 600 nits, supporting clearer viewing across different lighting conditions. Despite carrying large 6,000mAh batteries, the smartphones measure 7.95mm in thickness.
The battery capacity is designed to support extended use of social media, streaming platforms, games, music and navigation. However, the company has not disclosed expected battery life under typical usage conditions.
Google Gemini AI, Circle to Search and Android 16
The boltt Ace 5G and Evo run Android 16 with a clean interface and no pre-installed bloatware, according to the company.
Google Gemini-powered AI experiences are integrated into both smartphones. Circle to Search allows users to search for information about content displayed on the screen without leaving the current application.
Google Lens can identify objects, translate text and provide information using the smartphone camera. The devices also offer AI Night Mode for improving photographs captured in low-light environments.
Both models have an 8MP AI selfie camera with Real Tone technology, which aims to reproduce different skin tones more naturally.
boltt Ace 5G Features UNISOC T8200 and 64MP Camera
The boltt Ace 5G is powered by a UNISOC T8200 octa-core processor. The company claims the chipset delivers an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 547,000.
The smartphone will be offered with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Expandable storage is also supported, allowing users to add capacity for applications, photographs, videos and other files.
Its rear camera system is led by a 64MP AI main camera, while the front houses an 8MP Real Tone selfie camera. Photography features include AI Portrait Mode and AI Night Mode.
The boltt Ace 5G supports 18W fast charging through a USB Type-C port, and an 18W charger is included in the retail box. NFC support enables compatible contactless payments and device pairing.

The boltt Evo is positioned as the company’s more affordable smartphone. It uses a UNISOC T7250 octa-core processor and will be available with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
For photography, the Evo offers a 50MP AI primary camera and a 2MP macro camera. An 8MP Real Tone camera handles selfies and video calls.
The camera software includes AI Portrait Mode, AI Night Mode and AI Selfie Enhancement. These features are designed to improve portraits, low-light photographs and front-camera images through AI-assisted processing.
Like the Ace 5G, the Evo includes a 6.79-inch 120Hz display, up to 600 nits of brightness, a 6,000mAh battery, Android 16 and Google Gemini features.
