Orange unveiled an ambitious strategic plan targeting €5.2 billion in organic cash flow by 2028, up from about €4 billion expected in 2026, and set a higher dividend floor of €0.85 per share for 2028. The guidance exceeded market expectations, sending its shares to their highest level since 2010. The company plans to accelerate growth in cybersecurity and cloud services, aiming to generate €1 billion in additional revenue by 2028 and €2 billion from cyberdefense by 2030. Orange also reaffirmed its core profit targets and signaled continued focus on operational efficiency and strategic expansion to strengthen long-term shareholder returns.

The United States has imposed visa restrictions on 18 Iranian officials and telecommunications industry leaders, according to the U.S. Department of State. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the move targets individuals accused of suppressing nationwide protests and restricting internet access in Iran. The restrictions are aimed at those believed to be involved in limiting freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, particularly through telecom network controls. Immediate family members of the designated individuals may also face visa bans as part of the expanded measures.
